This month’s Guest Expert was our very own Healthy Habits Club Member, Theresa Janday, who has been using breathwork and meditation since experiencing panic attacks as a teenager.  She will talk about how meditation has helped her, why she started using it, how we can incorporate it in our every day life and the impact it can have on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives.
