Lisa is the founder of Booyah Vitality and a naturopathic nutritional therapist. Booyah Vitality is a craft-drinks company from St Leonards on Sea. Their drinks include a range of delicious kombucha, turmeric shots and dandelion coffee.

Lisa started Booyah Vitality, her family business, at the beginning of 2020 during the first National lockdown. Health is now at the forefront of most people’s minds because of COVID and they’re on a mission to help people stay healthy. She’s passionate that by consuming more nutrients you can boost your immune system as a part of a balanced diet and lifestyle.
